“Manifest 4.0 represents a year-long collaboration with multiple clients to create an easy-to-use, yet secure and flexible system that maximises Manifest’s capabilities.”
Taqtile reveals the latest edition of its Manifest platform with new advanced organisation and management tools. Designed with industrial organisations with multiple sites and operations and a large number of staff members in mind, Manifest 4.0 aims to help simplify, control and manage data and work instruction content. This will be particularly useful for companies within highly regulated industries like pharmaceuticals, energy, and telecommunications.
According to its developers, Manifest 4.0 will boast improvements in scalability, accountability, and regulatory compliance, particularly across extensive, multi-location industrial workforces. Now, management teams will be able to control access to specific content by individual employees, select team(s), or location(s). Organised by workgroup, equipment type, or regulatory compliance certification, procedures can be more specifically assigned.
“Manifest 4.0 represents a year-long collaboration with multiple clients to create an easy-to-use, yet secure and flexible system that maximises Manifest’s capabilities,” said John Tomizuka, CTO at Taqtile. “Organisations will greatly benefit from using Manifest to disseminate ultra-usable work practices throughout the enterprise while maintaining a level of control so only certain people see certain things.”
Key features of Manifest 4.0:
- Simplify: Users can increase operational efficiency by allowing deskless workers access to only relevant information.
- Control: By limiting access to sensitive information, companies will find it easier to adhere to regulations.
- Manage: Changes to work instructions, either at single or multiple location(s), can be easily managed with the assignment of management parameters.
With new flexibility features, companies will be able to organise Manifest usage by virtual, logical groupings, segmented by people, equipment, procedures, and the operational data that users create. Additionally, Manifest content can be organised around business units, locations, operations, users, functions, teams, skill levels and other specific sets of criteria.
